[TOMT][Quote][Old TV Show or Comic?] “Shut up. Old astronauts never die.” (What is this from?)

So, I was in the habit of adding in random obscure little quotes I thought sounded neat into my Discord profile. I’ve totally blanked on where I got this from: “Shut up. Old astronauts never die.” I feel like it was said by a female/love interest character to a male lead. But I’m not positive.

I’m sure it’s from either an old television show or old comic book, as that’s mostly the sort of entertainment I would’ve been consuming at the time. I know in the past I had a quote from the old Werewolf by Night comic series. I was mostly reading horror comics, and just other oddball non-super hero things. I’m aware there’s a similarly themed Marvel comic called Man Wolf about an astronaut who turns into a wolf person. But I have read very little of that, and am pretty sure it’s not related to that.

As for television … I was probably watching a lot of old
(1950s-1980s) anthology sci fi and/or horror/thriller series. But I have no idea. I can’t think of where I pulled this from. …. Anyone have a clue? I wish had more context than this, but I just don’t. Googling has not helped.
