[TOMT]sci fi short story where kid invents dog fetcher, restarts universe

i saw this on youtube in 2019/18.

in it a kid invents either a dog feeder or dog fetch robot toy. he grows up and becomes a famous inventor and eventually makes some super computer that restarts the universe or makes a new universe or something.

i just remember the ending is the kid in the new universe invents the same dog feeding machine and his sister sees it and the dialogue goes something like:

“didn’t you already invent that ?”

“yes but i wanted to see if i could make it better.”

“is it better”

“it’s about the same”
