[TOMT][SHORT FILM][2010’s] Short film about a little boy being stuffed

This was back in the 2010’s, I wanna say somewhere between 2014-2016 in the southeast USA. I was up late at night watching adult swim when a horror short film came on(I believe it was horror at least based on the content, though it was not gorey)(It’s also possible it wasn’t on adult swim, but very unlikely because I didn’t really watch many other channels that late as a kid.)

The short film had 2 lesbian women in their 40’s-50’s who had a few adopted kids, they seemingly lived out in the country side and were both were heavy-set with short hair.

They two of them live a relatively peaceful life until one day they decide they are going to adopt another child. They adopt a little boy who I believe was south-asian? Though he may have been of a different ethnicity. The boy has behavioral issues and they are struggling to take care of him due to this.

One day a man in a black suit drives up to their house and tells them he’s with an agency that will take the boy and give him the care he needs so he can be happy. The mothers are reluctant, but they sign the contract and agree so the man takes the boy.

The women try to go about life as normal, but they really have a bad feeling about this agency and miss the boy deeply.

So they call the agency and ask if they can come visit to see how the boy is doing and they agree. It cuts to the women being walked by the guy in the suit from before down a hallway that is lined with realistic “statues” of children of different ethnicity’s and cultures in different outfits and environments that reflect their culture. One of the women sees one of the “statues” blink and look at her, that one being of a little Inuit girl in a big fur coat and surrounded by ice.

He leads the woman all the way down the hallway as he explains that they collect children for the purpose of “preserving” them. And as they get close to the end of the hallway the man explains that the boy was “A little rowdy” so they “helped him.”

And at the end of the hallway they show the little boy in a similar “statue” like position as the other children, however he’s shirtless and you can see a stitch scar on his chest with stuffing leaking out, no blood though.

I don’t remember much about what happens after this, but the women end up stealing the boy back and the end of the shortfilm shows one woman tucking their other children into bed while the other sits in the corner and paints the stuffed boys face to “keep his skin from drying up”

some details of this might be wrong, i was pretty young when i saw this, but it’s stuck with me a pretty long time. I never saw it aired again and I watched adult swim basically every night as a kid, then again I might have just missed it if it did air again.
