[TOMT]Trying to find a vampire movie from the 70s/80s

My memory is quite hazy with this one as I remember seeing it when I was very young in the early 90s.

What I remember is 2 woman arrive in a small village i think on a holiday.I think somewhere in Europe or maybe even the uk.
one of them gets bitten by a vampire and she Becomes ill and he comes back at night to drink from her. (No it’s not nosferatu or bram stokers Dracula) I’m sure he has long black hair ( but not 100% sure) and he’s very pale. I can’t remember much else but at the end of the movie the townsfolk come on horses with torches and cut the vampires head of and kill the girl(I think) I’m pretty sure it was the 70s or early 80s

ive never been able to find this movie again and gone through loads of lists of vampire movies but cannot figure it out. I always remember the guy reminded me of Brandon Lee in the crow.

anyone have any ideas what movie it is? I’m starting to think I dreamt it up 🤣🤣 Thanks in advance!
