[TOMT]Tv show I can’t find for the life of me

Okay so this is the randomest thing and I’m starting to think it was all a freaking fever dream. So a few years ago I remember seeing clips of this show on Facebook and I can’t remember the name of it or any of the freaking character name of course. I’ll just type as many detail as I can remember from the clips. It was a teen show that seemed to be set in the early 2000s just based off the characters clothes and the show was based out of the UK or Australia not sure which one. So from the clips I remember here’s the main details. There’s a boy who seems to be depressed or something(seemed a little gothy) and he’s seeing these visions of this girl who isn’t helping his mental state. At some point the vision of this girl convinces him to jump of a bridge and his best friend, black girl who also dresses kind gothy. The next clip I remember coming across is that that same boy stops having these visions but a new girl shows up at school who looks exactly like the girl he had had visions of although this girl is very preppy and really not that nice at least at the beginning. He starts essentially following her and taking pictures of her with his digital camera she flips on him to leave her alone, I believe he tells her about the visions I don’t remember but eventually it seems that the two become friends which seems to put a riff in his friendship with the other girl. The only other random clips I remember seeing is the preppy girl he’d been following got locked in a locker somehow and I think she calls him to come save her, which he does. And another one is the 2 girls, who still hate each other, have a race on lawnmowers(for what purpose I don’t remember) and the one either drives the lawnmower off the side of a hill or almost does I don’t remember.

Anyways I know random as hell but it just pops up in my head every once in a while and I go down a rabbit hole trying to find this stupid show to no avail. Also other then him having the visions of the girl initially there’s no other paranormal elements or anything like that literally just that from what I can tell. The show had a very Degrassi, Hollyoaks type vibe to it.
