[TOMT][TVSHOW or MOVIE?][ANIME][1990s-2000s] Gay anime in a high school

So I have absolutely no idea about anything to do with anime, I’m writing this purely to satisfy my curiosity and get it off my mind. Sorry if details seem vague, the memory is vague.

I remember being very young, probably 6 or 7 in the early 2010s at my cousins house, who was a teenager at the time. Some cousins and I were in her room playing while she had an anime show or movie playing on the TV. It was in 4:3 aspect ratio, so I’m guessing it was from the 90s or 2000s. From what I could remember which again, is super vague I know, it was about a group of guys in a high school, one of them had glasses and brown hair and one of them was blond. The big thing I remember the most is that these two characters were gay, or ‘acted’ gay with one another. I found it confusing and strange at the time and I think this is why I remember it so vividly, I’d never seen anything like that on TV before haha.

Does anybody have any idea what the hell I was watching? I don’t even know what I’d have to look up to find this and I don’t think I’m mentally capable of going through lists of gay romance animes. Thank you so much for any help.
