An ex filed a restraining order against me that expired in 2022. In spite of the expiration i am pulled in for secondary screening by Border Patrol every time I enter the country. Is there a way i can get this screening requirement removed when i enter the country? I don’t care about anything else to do with the restraining order.
IIRC the offense was 2nd degree harassment (a violation) and the order was issued in Brooklyn, NY, though i no longer live in NYC.
