My parents asked me to digitize our family memories albums. I’ve got to the point where I’m ripping DVDs that my parents filmed in the early 2000s and late 90s. Some of these videos show me and my siblings playing in the backyard like on water-slides or running around the house like crazy after a bath, but the issue is that in some of these videos we are naked. My parents are immigrants and said that it was normal for them and didn’t see a problem with it at the time. These discs were also developed at Costco which makes me think they didn’t have a problem with it either?
I want to emphasize that there is nothing sexual in any way in these videos. Its all totally normal kid behavior, except in some of them we don’t have clothes on, but that’s never the focus.
They want me to upload these videos to their dropbox where they have all the family memories so they can look at them and keep them safe. My only problem is that I’m unsure of the legality of this. I don’t want to do anything that could get us in trouble. I think its best to not upload these files to the dropbox and just keep them physically, but now I’m questioning if I should I get rid of these files altogether?
Any advice would be very much appreciated.

Non-sexual family photos are not criminal.
At this point I would probably not possess such photos. And certainly I would not upload them to a place where they may trigger a CSAM algorithm.
