Warranty issues – Am I getting scammed here?

(Apologies in advance, this is my first ever issue with warranties as my products usually last. I just need help on if I’m in the right, and where do I go from here.)

I bought this monitor on the 2nd of March 2023. In the product details, it says that there is a 3 year product support. the 30th June 2025, my screen completely stopped working. I have seen that other people had the same issue.

I emailed the manufacturer and they responded with “We are sorry but due to Brexit we are unable to deliver to EU countries. We recommend you contact Amazon directly to get after sales.”

I then went back to Amazon, contacted support in which they responded that “Upon checking the details I can see that the item is out of Amazon Warranty Period and hence we’re unable to offer you a replacement or a refund.” and they suggested that I get in touch with the manufacturer again.

I yet again went back to the manufacturer and they responded with “We’re sorry that since your order was purchased from Amazon Direct, we don’t have access to refunds.”
