Long story short, we bought the house together about 5 years ago.

She suddenly decided she wants to split up. So here we are. She’s currently staying with family and I’m in the house. She wants to “buy me out”, but she can’t afford to.
This house was my retirement plan and I don’t have the funds to do anything else. Can I just…stay? Is there any way she can make me leave?
What is the right play here?
I’m not trying to be mean, I just have no support system at all. It’s just me at this point.
