Hi there! I had a question for the females, do you ever get such a horrible pain in your pelvic area that feels like pins and needles? It starts in my bladder and movies down to my labia area. When it happens it hurts to breathe or move any which way. Most of the time it happens when I’m in a seated position like coming out my car or while driving really not any other times. It hurt to bad I had to stop driving bc of the pain and all the bumps in the road making it worse, has anyone else experienced this?
It’s not like any pain I’ve had before. Not like period pain or cramping in my uterus, feels like the pain is everywhere in my pelvic area but there. My Dr sayid when we don’t conceive we get pain but thats far from what I was explaining to her or where the pain is, was kinda annoyed. I have an ultrasound tmr but I’m not getting may answers online when I look up these symptoms, anyone else?

This is likely the anterior branch of the pudendal nerve. You may have a misalignment in your pelvis or a very tight muscle that is impinging on the nerve.
I recommend finding a pelvic pain specialist; my local office of this practice was great. https://pelvicrehabilitation.com/locations/
There are things they can do, like injections/nerve block.
In the meantime, you need:
AND REST.
I had this, in the posterior branch, after prolapse surgery. It took a while to resolve. If I hadn’t been dealing with a family emergency, I would have gotten a nerve block.
Your doctor should probably look into nerve compression in your lower spine and pelvis. You could have a degraded bone or disc that is starting to act up.
I’m speaking from experience – I had mild lower back/butt pain that I ignored until I went on vacation and aggravated it so bad it hurt to walk or stand. Got an X-ray and an MRI and a diagnosis. Bone degradation causing a compressed disc and nerve. They told me numbness or pins and needles is a very common symptom.
In the meantime try getting a lumbar cushion for your car. Changing your sitting position might help.
