I am now 52 and bedridden. I feel so lucky to have married my best friend 25 years ago, raised a couple of amazing independent daughters, and own a home, but I still pine for a timeline that never panned out.

    I had hoped to visit all 50 states and see most of the national parks but 3 kids and college and grandkids had other ideas lol
