Stopped at 13. Been 5’7″ ever since. In my 40s now.
Never grew after that and I do remember my doctor at the time saying that yeah, a growth spurt will kick in for sure in my early 20s at latests. Uh-huh.
Between my 8th grade and sophomore year I went from like 5’4”? I think to 6’0. By the beginning of freshman year, so just during the summer, I went from like 5’4” to 5’11”. Capped out at 6’0”.
After I leveled out my height, probably 15yo at the most, I didn’t and haven’t gained any height. I may have even lost some at this point.

I had very minimal height growths into my late teens / early twenties, but on average 18 is where you stop.

End of Junior or beginning of senior year. 183cm I’m pretty sure that’s right at 6ft or a bit under.
Between 19-23 for me. I’m 6’2.
18 or 19, stopped just short of 6’1.
5’6″ like 22. I grew randomly right before my 22nd birthday. Grew an inch and a shoe size in like a short period of time, it was weird as hell.
If someone says they stopped growing at 15 I’m cooked

Don’t worry bro, I didn’t stop growing until early twenties. You got plenty of time.

5’4, stopped growing at around 14 or 15, 20 now lol. I’ve learned to be a bit more confident, fortunately.
