My husband (28M) and I (22F) have been married for two years. He works an amazing job he earns around 4,000 a week but we dont have a home yet? im confused as in why he hasnt been able to save up when we dont travel, have nice cars, or spend so much! WHERE IS ALL THE MONEY?! and we dont even rent we literally live with in laws we help somewhat with groceries but thats it? i dont go shopping i dont spoil myself! should i ask for bank statements ?

Need to have a tough conversation as the math is not mathing. Marriage is a partnership, and this would definitely be a major concern.
I’d ask for bank statements, because that’s pretty weird. If he makes that much, you should already have a home. Maybe ask what he’s doing with that money?
Does he do drugs or gamble?
Why are you married without access to eachother’s finances.
That money’s going somewhere. In those quantities probably gambling, drugs or sex.

Ouuuf.. tricky grounds. Have a deep talk and get to the bottom of it. No offence but definitely one of the reasons I won’t be getting married ^ 😅 so no one is entitled to anything of mine. Absolutely hate that feeling of walking on eggshells.
