What are good activity-based lesson plans for teaching (anti-)colonialism?

r/

Context: I teach an Intro. to Africana Studies course at a four-year institution and want to refresh my lesson on (anti-)colonialism to be more interactive and engaged (originally very lecture heavy).

The class meets twice per week and has about 30 students enrolled.

I want this lesson to frame the context of our discussion comparing Amilcar Cabral and Kwame Nkrumah later in the week.

Any suggestions?
