The more complex discussion is whether he’s better, worse or just more of the same compared to previous Colombian presidents. I don’t think I know enough about Colombian history to answer this.

He should take some time with therapy and medical help so he can quit his obvious drug habit.
I have no idea, I just know that he was portrayed as a very radical figure, on par with Chávez, and he ended up having a more moderate and balanced policy.
