Sleeping 7+ hours a night
Using Tretinoin daily, best anti-aging for $50 a tube that will last you 6 months. And drinking lots of water, it’s good for you and free (I don’t drink bottled water).
Getting regular exercise and my skin care routine
Drinking enough water, and wearing daily moisturizer with SPF(doesn’t have to be expensive)
Hairmask – it defines my hair
Eating ftuits, drinking green juice, castor oil , vaseline, massages .
Lash growth serum.
Sunscreen.
Wash your face lotion with spf and sleep
Drinking water
Nivea cream
Washing my face with warm water in the mornings. I used to wash with CeraVe, but my dryness and acne disappeared!
Drinking a lot of water, eating clean, exercising, getting fresh air.
I’ve also been moisturising at night with castor oil for 2 years and my skin’s looking amazing (it’s too sticky to use in the morning, you can’t put makeup over the top).

tretinoin, sunscreen every day, vitamin C + Zinc + Lysine supplements in the morning and water. i dont even need make up anymore my skin hasnt been looking this good ever
Weirdly, washing my face less has improved my skin a ton. I struggled with acne for years and maybe it’s just that I’m almost 27 now, but my skin is finally clear without me having to maintain such an intense regimen. I think the constant washing, exfoliating, and piling on of products was just introducing more irritation. Replacing some of my washes with just water has made my face look so much better.
Dyeing my eyebrows! I don’t do it every week, more like every 2.5-3 weeks, but it makes a world of difference for me!
Before I would eat lots of carbs and less protein unconsciously so when I started to eat more protein and less carbs I feel healthier, I no longer get cold/flu/sick/headaches and I look better than before. Plus I crave less sugary foods after I increase my protein food intake (mostly eggs, chicken, natto, nuts, broccoli)
I don’t have wrinkles at all (I’m in my 40s) and I never had breakouts since then!
Water, sleep, SPF
