Platano and someone nicknamed platano
Food: rice, beans, pigeon peas, víveres (plantain, yuca, yam, taro, sweet potato, squash, etc), bread, chicken, pork, beef, eggs, dominican salami, different types of cheese like queso de hoja, queso amarillo, queso de freír, etc.
Seasonings: pepper, oregano, cilantro, cilantro ancho, parsley, gustoso pepper, cubanela pepper, sour orange, garlic, onion, etc.
Fruits: mango, banana, pinneapple, papaya, passion fruit, guanabana, watermelon, etc.
Objects: Pilón, moka pot (we call it greca), wooden or aluminum frito masher, some taino inspired abstract art or a scene of country life featuring a flamboyant tree or a woman carrying something on her head, Faceless clay dolls, some elephant decor for some reason; a classical guitar, maracas or güira (even if no one knows how to play them), a bible (even if no body reads it or even practices any form of christianity), this set of fiberglass rocking chairs
