Online gender based jokes are common in MENA countries (Middle East and North Africa)
A lot of Arabic-speaking forums had whole sections dedicated to gender based jokes (including the most popular forum in the Middle East)
Women make fun of men and men make fun of women.
Of course rules says don’t be upset it is just for fun and don’t use vulgar words about any gender and don’t insult countries and religions.
few examples of mutual gender based jokes below in my comment

Crocodiles tell people their real age however lizards say they are 18 years old even if they are 200 years old (written by a man)
Crocodiles would die from hunger if they don’t eat food cooked by lizards (written by a woman)
since when lizards don’t need crocodiles? even your driver is crocodile (written by a man)
Lizards outside home, clean clothing, perfume but lizards inside home they wear dirty clothing and perfume of onions and garlic (written by a man)
How to raise the blood pressure of crocodiles? if he wants documents and his things and he is hurrying up leave him outside home for 30 minutes then tell him there is nothing (written by a woman)
it is true there is strong enmity and continuing war between the lizards and the crocodiles but we don’t accept the interference of the United Nations a third enemy can’t intervene between us (written by a woman)
These sort of jokes are pretty common I’d say. Not the exact jokes you provided, but there is a ton of online humor, especially on Facebook and TikTok, about the what husbands/wives do.
I think it’s a little different here, but the concept exists.
“Girls go to college to get more knowledge, boys go to Jupiter to get more stupider” is something you might hear children say, either like this or with the genders switched. We also have a whole genre of jokes that are deprecating to wives/husbands. Though this is kind of an older generation thing.
Most regular, normal people are fine with them in casual settings or among friends.
It’s definitely a no-go in professional settings.
Why don’t women need watches?
>!There’s a clock on the stove!<
I don’t support these jokes or “wife bad” jokes.
