    Cooking my own meals with lots of fruits and vegetables.

    Also having a dog helps me get outside and keeps me active.

    When I’m feeling it, I’ll go to a gym twice or three times a week for light exercise

    Weight lifting on workdays
    Cooking healthy, low calorie high protein meals myself
    No smoking or alcohol

    Well that’s it really.

    I meal prep and count my macros and calories, barely eat junk (once or twice a month, that includes restaurants or takeouts or any eating that is outside of my meal prep).
    I weightlift 5-6 times a week
    3-4 weekly runs.
    10k+ steps a day not including the running
    Daily stretching and sunscreen.

    I drink around 4 liters of water a day

    Weekly: Social time, relaxing
    Yearly: Doctor visit

    I only allow myself to sit at my office job if I have a 7am meeting, otherwise the standing desk stays up

    Besides work out at the gym, I started eating oatmeal daily with a multivitamin. I want to start morning meditating soon. I avoid high fructose corn syrup but I still love sweets. Brush, floss and use mouthwash.
