It’s varies depending on if I’m trying to gain or cut. But it’s a combination of milk, high protein Greek yogurt, blueberries, eggs, various fruits and vegetables, whey, peanut butter, ground beef and chicken.

A lot of my calories come from whey/blueberry/milk/greek yogurt smoothies because I’m lazy and it’s cheap.

Coffee in the morning. Bone broth in afternoon. Either fish, chicken or beef for dinner with veggies, sweet potato. I’ll snack on some popcorn , eat an apple and maybe some ice cream

Breakfast is a mixture of seeds, nuts, fruit, and protein powders with tea.

Snack in the afternoon would be some fruit, frozen banana faux ice cream with protein powder, tofu fries…

Dinner is often light, since I prefer to get my calories early in the day. It would often be something like a salad with sweet potato and beans.

On a work day, I wake up at 10am and I dont eat an actual meal until 6pm. I may have tiny little snacks during the day, like one slice of meat, or tiny scraps of chicken, cause I work in a deli

The meal time at work usually consists of around 900-1200 calories worth of food. If I get something small to eat, I’ll have a cake or cheesecake with it. If I get something big to eat, I have some fruit instead. Always a canned soda

Then when I get home at 10pm, I may have one more meal, or just another snack like chips

On days I dont work, I sleep in way later, but usually always have 2 meals and snacks. I try and get some fast food once a week. A lot of microwave meals and corn chips, tons of soda
