Let’s start with the no-goes: Not picking out random interests that dating apps usually suggest just to seem like they have a hobby. So many men put things like art, even though they have no knowledge of art and so on and so forth. As soon as I see some generic bs like “food”, “going out”, “travel” etc I immediately swipe left bc I know it’s just a bunch of bs and code for “I’m uninteresting and had to pick something”. If the pictures are blurry or seem not well picked out otherwise it makes me swipe left. If there’s any shitty statement like “I’m 6’5 if that matters” I’m turned off. Anytime a man puts his height into his bio it’s honestly a turn off for me. It comes off as insecure. Shirtless pictures are also a turn off. Not having a well thought out bio just summarised in a few sentences that actually represents you comes off as low effort. A man who knows how to take care of his physical appearance in terms of the adequate haircut for his face, a good sense of style that suits him and men who exude originality if they’re more artistic are something I look for. Men who seem intelligent based off of their bios. Being left wing. Having a vision for his career path and ambition is very important to me.
The no-goes I mentioned previously signal hook-up material for most women, that’s why they get ignored so much. Most women aren’t on there to get laid.
