As little as possible for as long as possible. I generally hate wearing clothing. If I can’t sit around naked for a while (I have something I actually need to do after my shower), I do just get dressed in my normal clothes.
Depends on what I’m doing. Bar minimum is underwear, bra and t-shirt. Off I’m going out cargo pants and if it’s anytime besides summer is a sweatshirt. Add underlayers and a vest of is come. Insulated boots and pants if it’s true winter and goes work.
if i have no plans and i’m just showering to clean myself then i will not put any clothes on unless i have to or i get cold and even then i’ll put a blanket on before i put clothes on. if i have to go somewhere, my outfit is laid out and put on right before i leave the house. i like to be as free as possible for as long as possible.
Every time I come out of the shower I do my body care routine which is lotion and then body oil. So I have robes or like button-up linen shirts specifically for that because I don’t want oil all over my good clothes. I also have a couple pair of lounge pants and sports bras that I’ll throw on and don’t care if they get oily.
But I basically never get fully dressed until I’m planning to immediately leave my house.
I always get fully dressed right away whether it’s bed clothes, work clothes or lounging clothes.
I’d like to hit the be naked and relax right after part of my life.
Whatever I would otherwise be wearing from nothing to sleep to a suit for work. I really only wear a bra at work. Proudly small chested and it’s the only place (litigation attorney) where I give af if my nipples are visible through clothes.
I use a towel robe getting out. After I dry off, I transition to what I would call a “dressing robe” while I apply body moisturizers and do my makeup. Then, I get dressed.
I don’t wear bras but yes I put on underwear and clothing in relation to whatever it is I’m doing. But I don’t hang out in pajamas or robe all day unless I’m sick.
Ever heard of the Tata towel? GAME CHANGER. Legit it’s a towel for your boobs. Just like putting the girls in a hammock to dry off before going into bra. Nobody likes putting on a bra with wet or sweaty boobs and this towel gets rid of it all in 3 minutes. This isn’t some promo or anything I just really love the product that much
Depends on what I’m doing. I shower a few hours before bed. If I’m just gonna rot on the couch/bed crafting then a shirt, underwear, and PJ pants.
If I’m going to go work in my craft room for a bit doing stuff like sewing, I out on a light yoga bra and underwear + leggings/lounge pants with pockets. Shirt optional because I get warm/try things on.
Preferably I’d lay naked in bed for an hour and air dry but sadly I haven’t been able to do that since having children, there’s always something to do so yeah I put underwear and clothes on.
My fluffy cozy pink robe from Victoria secret. It is the most luxurious way to transition from towel dry. Sometimes will do hair and makeup in my robe. Highly recommend
Usually underwear right away, then depends on what I’m doing that day, when, & who is home at the time too. (We have a family member living with us, so I have to make sure to be decent when leaving our room if they’re home.)
I wear a towel, and then I put lotion on and sit around in bed naked for a bit while I read or scroll on my phone. Then I put on lounge cloths. Definitely no bra. The bra comes off pretty much the second I get home, and doesn’t go back on unless I go out or have people over.
My own wrinkly 67-year-old skin as I brush my teeth, apply deodorant, apply face and body creams and lotions, put on my makeup, apply mousse and stuff to my curly hair…and then, FINALLY, get dressed.
Woe betide my husband if he decides to enter the bathroom before I am dressed. It’s his own fault if he has to ogle wrinkly old me!
A robe or a big fluffy terrycloth changing poncho with a hood, for as long as possible to air dry and let my coconut oil and lotions absorb into my skin. And I air dry my hair too. I almost never shower right before heading out.
In the morning before work? I wrap a towel around me while I do my contact lenses, skincare and makeup in the bathroom. Then I go into the bedroom to dry my hair. I might still be in the towel, I might be naked, or if it’s cold I might have a dressing gown on.
If I’m about to go to bed? I dry off and do skincare in the bathroom, hang the towel up and go to bed.
Whenever I’m home (hadn’t gone out earlier that day), I wear PJs. Most of my wardrobe is PJs and so I usually just change into a fresh pair of pj shorts and an oversized tee.
I work from home. Bike shorts or yoga pants, underwear, a sports bra if I’m feeling fancy, and a band T. Oh and sock cuz I cannot stand feeling the little particles on the floor
Honestly I walk around naked and air dry.. I hate the feeling of clothes on me with wet body.. I use the towel to dry the excess and then I air dry the rest lol 🤷🏻♀️
I shower at night unless I’m visiting my parents, so I either put my nightshirt on or my house clothes, depending on whether I’m going to bed right away or not.
When I do shower in the morning, I get dressed right away (underwear yes, but no bra) if I’m at home (rare, but sometimes I’m just too exhausted to shower at night) or if I’m at Mom and Dad’s, I’ll put my robe on to run back to my room so I can get dressed there. I usually eat breakfast before I shower there, so I’m not worried about getting breakfast on my clothes.
When I was pregnant years ago, I had to lie down after a shower because it made me weak. It’s 37 years later, and I still wrap my big towel around me and lay on the bed for 15 to 30 minutes after a shower to dry off before I get dressed. I do not like getting dressed with sweaty or damp skin. Being retired, I have a little more time, but I got up early enough to relax after a shower when I was working, too.
I have sensory issues and I live in a dry climate, so I have to moisturize right away, putting clothes over dry skin feels terrible, so I lotion up, put on loose fitting cotton or linen about 15 mins after
If I have time, a towel until the oil soaks into my skin. Otherwise I just throw clean clothes right on top of my freshly cleaned and moisturized self. I don’t like transition, so I strive for as few steps as possible.
I get fully dressed (bra, underwear, top, bottoms) before I leave the bathroom.
Never understood the logic behind walking around wet and naked, or getting dressed in something like a robe just to get dressed again in a few minutes.
An oversized t-shirt I stole from my ex years ago. It’s the comfiest thing ever and I refuse to give it back. Some things are just collateral damage from failed relationships.
Usually just wrap myself in a fluffy towel and race to my bedroom because our heating is terrible. Made the mistake of walking around in just the towel once when my roommate had guests over.
When I get out of my shower I will either put on comfy clothing like sweatpants and a shirt, pajamas or just regular clothes.
There’s ZERO chance I will ever just get out of the shower and then throw on a robe just to wear a robe. That would just make me procrastinate getting ready until I’m chilled to the bone.
At night, pajamas. In the morning, I get fully dressed. I’m not a “relaxer.” Once I’m up and showered, I have to get going. I can’t just curl up in a robe or whatnot and lay about while I take my time getting ready. I gotta go and do things.
Depends on the time of day I take a shower. If at night, I put my PJ’s on. If in the morning, or during the day, I put the clothes on I will wearing for the rest of the day.
I fully dress while still in the bathroom. I might only put on underwear+shirt if my outfit will be complicated, but usually I’m leaving bathroom fully dressed. I dislike not being fully dressed.
When and why did I shower? Is it in the morning and I’m going to work? Just came home from work? Mid day shower because I’m on my period and feel gross? There’s too many options!! Haha
I usually do put on a bra afterwards (it’s comfy and alright to wear at night). I also usually put on a warm sweater afterwards, to keep my wet long hair from freezing me. (It’s always still pretty wet even after using a towel. Sometimes I just wear towel over my back).
Comments
I usually throw on a t-shirt (no bra) and shorts, change till I have done my hair and makeup if im going out, if not sleeping in that
I would just wear a robe but I feel like I need a bra on if I’m walking around the house
As little as possible for as long as possible. I generally hate wearing clothing. If I can’t sit around naked for a while (I have something I actually need to do after my shower), I do just get dressed in my normal clothes.
Pj pants and an undershirt
Jammies, I take my shower right before bed.
Depends on what I’m doing after the shower.
Am I going outside? I’ll put on the undergarments while I’m in the bathroom, and then finish getting dressed in my room.
If I’m taking a shower before bed, then I’m just putting on a t-shirt and going to bed.
Usually my daytime pajamas
Depends. If i have time to malaise, I will air dry while doing hair and skin care. But if I am on my way to work I get dressed right away.
If at night, nothing (thank dog for en suite bathrooms)
Nothing for as long as possible. I dont have a robe. I just towel off and then air dry the rest of the way if i can
Depends on what I’m doing. Bar minimum is underwear, bra and t-shirt. Off I’m going out cargo pants and if it’s anytime besides summer is a sweatshirt. Add underlayers and a vest of is come. Insulated boots and pants if it’s true winter and goes work.

My robe!! Finally found one that I love and I spend lots of time in it ☺️
I would only use a robe if I needed to do makeup hair etc before getting into formal wear.
Any other time I’m getting straight into clothes.
Pajamas. I shower right before bed. Best feeling.
Usually jammies
Comfortable is the name of the game.
Every time I come out of the shower I do my body care routine which is lotion and then body oil. So I have robes or like button-up linen shirts specifically for that because I don’t want oil all over my good clothes. Nothing
Oversized t shirt or a robe.
I try to time my showers to where I can lay around naked for a while and listen to music or watch tv.
A towel. Then dressed about an hour later. Work doesn’t start until 3pm. so I have no rush.
My lingerie goes on when I fancy.
My boyfriends t shirt and some undies until/if I have to put on real people clothes and see the world
I always get fully dressed right away whether it’s bed clothes, work clothes or lounging clothes.
I’d like to hit the be naked and relax right after part of my life.
An oversized t-shirt and nothing else, or nothing depending on if I go straight to bed (I usually shower right before bed).
Depends, if I’ll be home all day just a long oversized tee
Terry bath robe. Just like in the movies!
I have to wait until I’m dry enough so things don’t stick to my damp skin. I hate that feeling
Whatever I would otherwise be wearing from nothing to sleep to a suit for work. I really only wear a bra at work. Proudly small chested and it’s the only place (litigation attorney) where I give af if my nipples are visible through clothes.
If I’m leaving the house, then I put my clothes on, including my bra and everything.
If I’m staying home, I just put on my at home uniform of one of my husband’s shirts and panties lol. No bra or pants in the home!
Big t-shirt and undies. My uniform for pretty much every day :p
3 piece suit
Water drops and a towel for my hair!!!
Water, so I can slap that lotion on in a damn hurry. 😂
Towel, for a while. Then sweats. Getting dressed right away always feels gross, like clothes are sticking to me.
I shower at night so I just put on my pajamas. If I’m showering in the daytime I put on clothes with a bra.
My clothes for the day or my pajamas for the night… ?
I use a towel robe getting out. After I dry off, I transition to what I would call a “dressing robe” while I apply body moisturizers and do my makeup. Then, I get dressed.
a full outfit if i’m leaving the house
running shorts and an old emo band t-shirt if i’m staying home
t shirt and leggings & if i’m lucky enough no bra lol
Nothing for about ten minutes while the lotion absorbs, then whatever im wearing for the day
My underwear and a towel on my head
Big t shirt and shorts or just underwear depending in the occasion
big tshirt and underwear. i usually shower at night before bed
Depends on why I’m showering. For the day? Get fully dressed. For mental health? Comfy home clothes. Summer? Maybe a light shirt and undies.
I like to shower before bed, so pajamas. Perfect way to end the day.
Bra and underwear to sleep? No way. Just my cute satin pajamas 💁♀️. Yes, matching pajamas.
I towel dry, then stay naked while I do my routine. Then either get dressed or put on my pj’s.
Nothing, and I runway stomp to the bedroom. But my husband prefers to enter the bathroom naked but come out fully dressed.
I’m a dedicated night showerer. sweatpants, fuzzy socks, hoodie if I’m not going to bed right away, pj shorts + t-shirt if I am
Clothes, usually
Robe
If I’m going to bed then just underwear
I don’t wear bras but yes I put on underwear and clothing in relation to whatever it is I’m doing. But I don’t hang out in pajamas or robe all day unless I’m sick.
Robe while i do hair and makeup. Then underwear, then clothes

Just the robe and a towel around my hair. I then go to the kitchen to start the coffee maker, and then finally the bedroom to get dressed.
Ok, if I shower in the morning before work, I dry off and get all my work clothes on pretty fast because I have to GO!
If I don’t have anywhere to be, it’s really nice to relax and cool off in my cotton robe. Feels decadent to lounge.

My house clothes which excludes bras.

A bathrobe. Edit. Oops besides that. Usually comfy clothes like lounge pants, t-shirt and a sweater or hoodie.
Big baggy T-shirt 🙂 the less the better
Very fuzzy Slytherin robe with a hood and bell sleeves.
Depends when I took it. If it’s in the am it’s my work clothes. If it’s at night usually pretty panties and a tshirt.
I usually shower before work so I get dressed right after.
A robe or a big fluffy terrycloth changing poncho with a hood, for as long as possible to air dry and let my coconut oil and lotions absorb into my skin. And I air dry my hair too. I almost never shower right before heading out.
bra and underwear under the robe, if i washed my hair then i have a towel around my neck under the robe
I dry off and do skincare in the bathroom, hang the towel up and go to bed.
robesss I have satin, fuzzy, short, long
I usually shower at night, so shower and then pajamas.
I stand around naked for awhile doing my skincare and makeup routine.
Towel then jammies
Sweatpants and a t-shirt. Haven’t worn underwear in over 10 years 😌
Whenever I’m home (hadn’t gone out earlier that day), I wear PJs. Most of my wardrobe is PJs and so I usually just change into a fresh pair of pj shorts and an oversized tee.

I work from home. Bike shorts or yoga pants, underwear, a sports bra if I’m feeling fancy, and a band T. Oh and sock cuz I cannot stand feeling the little particles on the floor
jeans and t shirt
I always put on a sweatshirt and sweatpants for the rest of my routine. Putting on a bra and pants is the absolute last step lol
I dry off n get dressed within a cpl minutes
T-shirt and shorts
Short and t shirt. Bra and panties need not be included.
If I’m going out fully dressed once, my hair is dry.
Just my skin, usually.

Towel wrapped around my body. Then I use it to completely dry myself off before changing into whatever clothes I’m gonna wear for the day.
My towel until at least my upper body is dry enough to put on deodorant and an oversized shirt without a bra
I have sensory issues and I live in a dry climate, so I have to moisturize right away, putting clothes over dry skin feels terrible, so I lotion up, put on loose fitting cotton or linen about 15 mins after
A big ugly t shirt
a big oversized t shirt and or my djerf ave robe
I wrap either a blanket around me or wear nothing, if it’s warm enough. It’s just a few steps from the shower to my bedroom, where I get dressed.

If it’s day time, a clean t-shirt and comfy loungewear bottoms that are only worn in the house. (Some have matching jackets)
We call the bottoms our “yolo’s”.
“Where are my yolo’s?”
IKEA bathrobe
I’ll never wear a bra unless I have to leave my house!

Home alone, I stroll around in an underwear and tshirt
Husband at home, naked as the day I was born.
Usually bra, panties and some oversized flannel
Underwear, pajama pants and pajama top.
I air dry after skincare on wet skin. I shower at night, so I pit on my night clothes
A Bathrobe

When I get out of the shower, I’m not wearing anything because I’m wet.
Then I dry myself with a towel, hang the wet towel on the heated towel rail, and leave the bathroom.
I go upstairs naked to my closet. Then I get dressed.
At night, pajamas. In the morning, I get fully dressed. I’m not a “relaxer.” Once I’m up and showered, I have to get going. I can’t just curl up in a robe or whatnot and lay about while I take my time getting ready. I gotta go and do things.
I wear a towel wrap. I’m always very hot even after just a warm shower.
I wear this while I lotion up, do my face and hair, then get dressed last.

I shower at night and put on my pyjamas.
Depends on the time of day I take a shower. If at night, I put my PJ’s on. If in the morning, or during the day, I put the clothes on I will wearing for the rest of the day.
I shower at night so I put on my pjs
My comfy home uniform, which consists of these and an old navy crop top tank. I’m actually wearing it right now lmao
Fresh under garments.
Bra and underwear and then silk pajamas if I’m not going anywhere.

A robe. And then clothes for the day. (It’s usually around 9:30 am when I bathe.)
Usually an outfit. Sometimes a slip that functions as a nightie or a little black dress depending on how I style it.
Nothing for at least 30 minutes to give my body oil and moisturizer absorb into my skin.
When and why did I shower? Is it in the morning and I’m going to work? Just came home from work? Mid day shower because I’m on my period and feel gross? There’s too many options!! Haha
