    Staying consistent at the gym at least 2-3 days a week if always busy. The Inclined treadmill and stair master alone helps burn so much fat. Core work outs are the way to go to maintain weight and burn stomach fat. No junk food or sweets besides fruits, eating whole foods, protein and fiber. Good quality Kefir milk and greek yogurt for gut health, apple cider vinegar, teas morning and night. Waiting at least 3 hours to lay down after eating.

    I stopped seeing food as a reward for anything and stopped overeating stress. This process took a long time, but after I changed my attitude to food, I lost weight and my weight became stable. It sounds easy and carefree, but it took me 3 years to do it
