Learning new recipes, collecting Transformers, single player Video games, occasional origami, Rubik’s cube solving, guitar (once in a few months)
Woodworking, gym, bbq/smoking
Shooting and hunting just expand. Reloading.. Custom builds. New competitions.
What level of flight are you looking at? Ultralight? Sport license?
I shoot pool, play chess, read, work out, occasionally go on hiking trips.
Edit: I also play a few different instruments. I mostly dabble. I’m not very good at any one of them in particular. And some single player video games.
I restore and hot rod old VWs, I’m a tournament bass fisherman/kayak angler. I also live in the country and grow various things, and build/repair things in my shop.
Scuba. It’s damn amazing.
PC gaming. VR Gaming, but mostly beat saber – one hella exercise too.. T
Tennis is huge for me. 4-5 nights/week – met quite a few people that I play with weekly now) and I hit the wall solo.
Movies/Anime. Rollerblading. Cycling to the my grocery store. Gym.
Going around different stores to new ramen to try,
Hit up range at least once a month.
Hang out with friends at least 1 night/week.
I’m single now, so I definitely got more free time.
and basically all of the above are definitely more of the day-to-day. But I fly to other places at least 4-5 times/year (mostly domestically) and I go skiing once a year. Looking to find someone to go scuba diving with.
meh, I’m a ‘hobbyist”. Those who know, know.
The gym and I read a lot about history.
Woodworking. I love it. Doesn’t hurt that I’m a shop teacher at a high school and have access to my shop year round.
I read, I write stories for my kids and wife to read, I collect records of artists I like, I fix old watches (mostly for myself but sometimes to sell), I load my own ammo, target shooting, and archery.
Boating, and all that comes with it (fishing, cruising, diving, tubing, crabbing, etc.)
Cycling
BBQ (smoking)
Canoeing/kayaking
Camping
Studying history
Stand Up Comedy, Poetry, Music (beatboxing and live looping)
Most of my friends are folks i met in the open mic scene
Who has the time, energy or money for those anymore? Not me, that’s for sure.
Collecting & building gunpla, traveling, drinking for flavor, reading manga
