ie. Body hair in weird places? Worse body odor? Worse/better periods? Balding?
I’m not going to count pregnancy because it can change anything and everything.

I’m in my 40s now and I don’t think I went through any noticeable hormonal changes in my 30s, except when I went on/off birth control.
Upper 30s here. Period cramps are horrible. I never used to take pain meds for them and now I do the day before period and first 1-2 days of period. I have a cute mole on my neck under my jaw, it now has 2 long hairs growing out of it. One hair is curly and one is straight 😆. The last few years if I don’t focus on getting good sleep, I am an absolute wreck.
My cystic acne has been awful ever since I turned 30. It started in high school and then it seemed to disappear in my 20s. Now it’s a struggle to make it a full week without any pimples.
hm, the main thing I’ve noticed is that hyperpigmentation from scars and bruises lasts a lot longer.
I have PMDD so my periods have become a little more “exciting” as it’s not as stable as it once was, but it’s not a super huge inconvenience it’s just something I’ve noticed. The biggest thing for me is metabolism! Whew, chile! That’s been the biggest adjustment and the battle with maintaining a healthy weight has been a challenge. My hair has always been fine and thin, but I’ve noticed it’s not as full anymore, with the little volume I had in it! It’s not constant, but I do have arthritis in my left knee now were sometimes it can give out or feel weaker/more painful. Less energy, depression at times has been more severe but I also think circumstances has also influenced that.
half curly hair half straight hair which I love !
My skin everywhere is drier, and no amount of moisturizer does enough. I have quite a bit of gray hair too, but I’m fine with it. No plans to dye as of now. Also, muscle loss. I do lift weights, but still jiggly in places I didn’t used to be. I’m not mad about any of it! 30s have been my best decade so far
I’ve struggled with acne my whole life. In my mid to late twenties I finally found a skincare routine that kept my face clear and smooth. Literally the month after I turned 30 my hormones changed for some reason and my acne came back even worse. No routine or products I’ve tried have worked to lessen it. I’m currently trying out a second prescription from my dermatologist. Whoever told me that acne was only a teenage thing owes me financial compensation lol
