Using their phone to cope with negative emotions. I saw some people avoid dealing with big issues by numbing themselves with their phone.

Cynicism; starts off looking like practicality and defense mechanism, ends up robbing you of the ability to trust anyone’s intentions or find joy in any interaction.

As a guy who is into strength sports and has competed in the past: PED/steroid use. I have been seeing it more and more in men (and women!) and have also been seeing people starting at younger ages.

PED use will always be a part of bodybuilding and strength sports, and while there are ways to minimize the harm that they do to your body, I have been seeing more reckless use along with people downplaying the harm that they can cause. They think because they are muscular and “fit” that they are in good health, but the reality is much different. I have also witnessed friends of mine who are my age (mid to late 30s) having cardiovascular, liver or kidney issues as a result of their drug use.

With how much of an influence social media has in issues like body dysmorphia, I can only see PED use getting more prevalent.

Cracking “harmless” jokes at other people’s expense.

If it doesn’t come from a place of respect & endearment, then we’re just dunking on others while being in denial about it

Edit: OP asks a lot of questions
