Why would you keep eating something that made you sick, lol? Bananas made me sick but it only took about three times to realize I had developed an allergy of some sort.
Not sick per day, but everytime I eat KFC I take the most rancid dumps. Popeyes doesn’t do it to me so it’s not fried chicken in general it’s goddamn KFC. And I know it will happen but I’ll still eat it lmao
Special gummies. Since the smoke literally does nothing, I like an edible sometimes, gummies mess with my stomach. But after a stressful week, it helps me relax and unwind. So a Friday night edible helps. I guess it’s a trade off I’m willing to make.
Chef Boyardee and root beer. I love Chef Boyardee but the next day I am violently ill from both ends with a pounding headache. And root beer leaves me with a hangover bigger than I’ve ever had drinking booze.
These scalloped potatoes my dad gets from a local family-owned grocery store. They are too rich and creamy and they make me queasy whenever I eat them. I avoid them like the plague.
Zucchini noodles with a marinara made with bellpepper and cashew or any “fatty” nut paste.
I will most likely puke, because my stomach cannot handle it.
Replace the zucchini with cucumber noodles and it is somewhat ok.
Even if it taste heavenly 😭😭😭😭
And, if I eat bread, I cannot drink any kind of milk or vegetable milk after or during because it will make my stomach hurt so much, as bad as cutting myself with a knif accidentally.
In my late 20s, I woke up in the middle of the night and puked up to ham and cheese Hot Pockets all over the floor. One of only three times I’ve puked in my adult life.
Since then, I have tried to eat Hot Pockets twice. Both times, I have been unable to. The attempts made me ill.
I used to love Hot Pockets. But once you’ve seen a Hot Pocket in reverse, you can never go back.
A lot unfortunately, I won’t list them all but my whole life lemons 😭 i’m allergic and they make me puke, swell, rash up, acid reflux, you name it. I LOVE the flavor of lemon, it is true agony c’:
French bread pizza. It was the last thing I ate before the worst stomach flu I’ve ever had hit me. That was 20 years ago, any time I‘ve tried to eat it, I gag.
Ice cream. It’s so sad. I’m dairy free and am not allergic or intolerant to any soy, almond, or oat milks but something about it in frozen delicious form makes my stomach hurt so bad. I get the gurgles!!!
Eat or smell? Typically people don’t put things in their mouth that smell nasty to them. But for me? Cooked animal flesh. Even if rice is cooked in chicken broth, I’ll know. Utterly disgusting.

Not every single time, but I’ve often gotten sick (food poisoning) from raw oysters.
Dairy.. as a former mouse this was a hard realization
French bread pizza. It was the last thing I ate before the worst stomach flu I’ve ever had hit me. That was 20 years ago, any time I‘ve tried to eat it, I gag.

KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell.

Raw carrots
Burger King. Nuff said
Hungry jacks/burger king. I just can’t stomach it anymore and the last few times I had to vom
Curly fries from Arby’s and Taco Bell chalupas. I mean it doesn’t stop me from eating them, but I’ll pay dearly for it for the following 48 hours.
I love hot and sour soup from our local pho restaurant, but I always have explosive diarrhea around an hour after eating.
Olive Garden- have tried it in diff states and provinces always end up throwing up
Sushi from the place across the street from The Cannery in Las Vegas. Worse than gas station sushi, 0/10, do not recommend

Taco Bell but beef only. I can eat chicken and bean burritos. I’ve concluded the beef at Tbell is some type of roadkill.
McDonald’s runs though me like a bullet train.
