6 figure salary, easy workload (usually), good boss, good colleagues, good higher ups (usually), pension benefits, extremely stable job, even by state government standards, WFH 4 days a week. I’m sure there are more, but you get the point.
Labor that’s not every day so I’m building functional strength without over taxing, my dad is my boss so he gives me days off when I need them, if I work in a muddy basement then It’s a very cool temp.
full global remote WITH good pay, and flexible time off that so far has not been restricted – this year I’m on track to have almost 3 months off (including holidays and such). I’m not leaving till they fire me.
I’m mostly autonomous, I’m in the workshop by myself most of the time and the bosses leave me to my own devices to do what I need to do. They also don’t give a shit how many breaks I take, cuz they know I still get shit done
It’s a national museum which means it’s a government job with benefits and security.
Daily interactions with a wide demographic of people is extremely refreshing. I love seeing enthusiastic guests with good questions, I’ve had so many interesting conversations with such a wide range of people.

That I don’t have one.
that nobody cares what time I arrive or leave, as long as the work is completed
I work a 4 cycle shift 4 days on 4 off so it’s the time off
I just quit my job today so not having to do it anymore.
currently, I feed those that came before me and built the society that I live in.
it’s a sign of respect and gratitude.
the best aspect though?
it can help me get to where I’m meant to be, and I’m doing something meaningful to others while doing so.
Good people as colleagues and friends.
I get a lot of free time at work which allows me to do side jobs while at my main job.
I also get a lot of time off.
Millennial supervisors are fucking stupid !!!
300k annual salary and hybrid schedule

I wouldn’t do it for free but damn if it doesn’t fit me like a glove
The people
I work from home, which is a double-edged sword.
On the one hand, I’m by myself for most of the day, and that means I can work free of distractions (Reddit aside).
On the other hand, I’m by myself for most of the day, which can feel isolating.
So, I guess I’m a productive recluse?
I need to know what these jobs are. I’m back in school to get a better job, but have no idea what to look forwards to besides the pay.
The autonomous time I spend to myself.
Clocking out at the end of my shift.
I get along with the people.
Government jobs so lots of protections stopping you from getting randomly fired or laid off.
I work 35 hours a week which is considered full time. Other than that, I would be unconcerned if I was told the place closed tomorrow morning.
I set my own task for the most part, and I get flexibility to work from home as needed
My boss doesn’t fully understand what my team does, but he knows we’re viral so he mostly leaves me alone and let’s me manage my team however I want.

My crappy boss retired. I’m now director and can get shit done.
Retired – I frame it as I’ve taken on a new career that offers 52 weeks of vacation, annually.
That I’m retired from it.
Although I’m an hourly employee, I have the flexibility of a salaried employee and have full control of my time card.
I work remote 3/5 days and that means I can nap
I work from home. This is probably the main advantage.
I’m there by myself for the second half of the day. No one ever checking up on me or micromanaging me.
I work at a museum, as a university student.
