I dont get hangovers because of what I learned from my alcoholic buddy in college. He had a system. First, keep 2 bottles of water and a gatorade on the night stand before you go out. Then, after being out drinking for a while, start to alternate water with your drinks. Finish the night off with 2 bottles/cups of water. When you get back chug one bottle of water. In the morning chug the other bottle of water and drink the Gatorade.
Alcohol. No bullshit. Wake up hungover, have a massive disgusting breakfast with a couple beers…. the “hangover” will be diminished and the hangover/drunkness will just fade away throughout the day
Wake up early… hear me out… chug an adult Pedialyte, take 2 XL ibuprofen eyes half closed then go back to sleep…. Wake up… it’s like you never drank. Plus you get your first nap in. Then you can eat breakfast.
For every alcohol drink, drink a glass of water. Then in the morning, couple of tylenol and some gatorade, and no problems whatsoever. Hangovers are primarily from dehydration.
Many people will say greasy food, but that is the last thing I want when nauseated. Dim sum is way better; lots of soothing tea and salty, starchy, absorbent food.
Preventive measure: keep water on hand and drink it in between booze drinks. You’ll dilute the alcohol and pee a lot of it out.
Barring that: If your community is lucky enough to have an old school burger joint or a breakfast place that’s open late, hit that up on the way back from the bar and order the greasiest stuff on their menu. Get it in you before you fall asleep.

All credit to Anthony Bourdain but: a big joint; ice cold coke; spicy breakfast food.
You can’t be drunk and hungover at the same time, so make a choice. Start drinking or power through the hangover

No offence meant but I found that after MANY years of drinking I got rid of hangovers by not drinking. Now I have other hobbies.
Honestly it was heroin but I can’t recommend it.
