I think its important to be honest with yourself. If you can grow sideburns; that’s your choice, or clean shaven. Don’t kid yourself by trying to grow out facial hair that you know isn’t growing in well. Some people never get a full beard, or at least not until they are much older. I knew a guy in middle school who could grow a full beard. I did not envy that man. I still have somewhat of a thin beard myself at 35 and I consider it a blessing. It grows slow, and I only have a couple facial hair styles that work so I don’t have too many choices in the morning.
Not uncommon to grow a beard that is more full the older you get.
Then there are things you can focus on like Sleep, stress, vitamins and exercise…
Good sleep, little stress, keep your vitamin household in good shape and ofc your body too…
…aaaaand then there are the Genetics can’t do much about that 🤷

Get your vitamins in.
It’s genetics.
Be patient. It takes time. I have one son who has had a full beard since he was 16. My other son is 18 and still has no facial hair
