Pushing 240 lbs. I’d like to get down to 190 lbs. That’s the weight my body likes to be at. I’ve been dealing with debilitating disability over the last year, so being sedentary and depressed had me shoot up.
I started at 164 about 70 days ago. I hit my goal of 153 this past week. Which was supposed to get me at 20% body fat but im actually at 18.5%. Now my next goal is 147 to get me to about 15% and then I’ll start a lean bulk.
90-91kg depending on how much I’ve had to eat. That’s down from 112kg this time last year and 116kg at my worst.
At this point, I don’t know how much but I’d like to put a little back on in muscle. No idea how as I noped out of my gym membership after a week seeing how busy it was at their ‘quiet’ times. Running outside is much more pleasant.
I was 94kg before I changed my workplace, now I have 70 and my goal is 74, I don’t know why can’t gain weight, I eat like 4 times a day… but keep the same 70kg
I’m ab 130… I’ve lost 12 lbs – but would like to get to 120 and toned. I look back at pics when I was in the 140s, and it’s a huge difference. I lost weight but still don’t feel “fit” after a major surgery. That’s my next goal though:) I’ll get there!

I’m 190 cm (6’3″) and is currently about 105 kg (231 lbs). My first goal is to reach 85 kg (187 lbs) because it was the fittest me. Then I’d wanna build muscles and reach a lean 95 kg (209 lbs) as the next goal.
I weigh 68 kg and my goal weight is around 65 kg (150 & 143 lbs). For reference I’m 1,73m (5’8″). I mostly just want to be fit and healthy, and I think I’m still carrying a bit of extra weight right now.
