What jobs do you think have changed the last in the last 20 years?

I’m sure there are some jobs that are the same as they ever were, but I have trouble thinking of things that haven’t been bombarded with an influx pf touchscreens!

The teachers I remember in my childhood weren’t constantly communicating with parents via notes, but now there’s a whole app and every kid gets an iPad or Chromebook. Fast food jobs before kiosks were different, even if marginally so. Even stuff you’d expect hasn’t changed like building maintenance has because of the smart fixtures and touchless stuff, and small businesses have a vastly different experience in the age of Square tipping culture and Etsy sales.

So, what’s stayed the same? What will stay the same for the foreseeable future?
