I’m in the middle of a health journey, getting my life together and making better choices. I’ve noticed that as I cross over into the other half of 30, I’m feeling a little more sluggish than I used to.
If you’re into that sort of thing what kind of vitamins are you taking that you feel like help you in your day to day?

Currently pregnant through ivf so, a million.
When not pregnant, I’m usually taking iron, magnesium, vitamin D. And then I have a lot of high nutrition foods I like to add to my diet (things like adding seeds to smoothies, nutritional yeast to my popcorn, seaweed on my avocado toast etc)
Omega 3. Vitamin D. Sometimes magnesium to help me sleep.
I’m taking some because my doctors want me to. I don’t actually observe a difference. But I’m currently taking a multivitamin, B12 and Vitamin d.
My friends who are doctors say that unless you have an actual deficiency, which is rare, most people who are taking vitamins are just paying to have extremely expensive pee.
Magnesium for restless leg syndrome. Iron because I eat meat infrequently.
Women’s multivitamin, D3, sometimes Omega 3
Vitamin D deficient over here so, that. But I take the gummy kind because I don’t think I’d be motivated to take it if it wasn’t since I’m a perpetual child.
