As Catholic as México is, I don’t remember there being a satanic panic over anything in particular. Maybe someone can correct me, but growing up in the 90s and early 2000s, I don’t remember anything in particular. My school banned Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh cards, but that was mostly because kids were fighting over them.
Definitely Pokémon, Harry Potter and Bakugan or really any of the Japanese new hip shows/games/toys to come out😂 mi abuelita would scream and curse then steal our Pokémon cards if she saw me and my cuzzo play w them jaja
