Hi there I am asking questions because I want things to be done right. The story behind is when I was pregnant with my daughter my ex became really abusive and tried to kill me. I ran and got out and now have a protection order in place. When I ask the court to put my daughter in the order had well they said they couldn’t but he can have supervised visits. When I left my ex I found out that he had raped and sa his sisters going up since he was 13. And they were only 5 and 7 years old. His family covered it up and never reported it. There’s no record of him doing this. Therefore I couldn’t prove it in court because I never got any proof just what he said to me. Today I opened my phone up to a text from someone I didn’t know. It was my ex best friend girlfriend. Telling me that over the weekend that they had a get together and my ex got drunk and confessed saying that he is scared that he going to rape his daughter like he did to his sisters. I am scared. I don’t know if I can use this in court since she a third party. I am scared because I don’t want my daughter around him. What should I do? Please help!!!
