Play an instrument. My parents (dad mostly) was bad with money and didn’t earn much so he always said we couldn’t afford to buy a guitar for me to learn on. I grew up resenting the fact I couldn’t learn even if I wanted to and just decided not buy one even when I could. My money has gone to other hobbies and I’m a bit resentful to even want to learn now.

Wish I had learned what circumcision was earlier on to process it instead of it creating a childhood trauma of denial and anger, didn’t help that parents avoided the discussions to the point of giving false answers to questions around the topic instead of being direct

How to be more talkative and confident in person. How not to be anxious around human beings.
