I noticed that for me it’s an whole package thing. It’s about the person who has the tattoo as well as placement and motive. Had a few times same/very similar tattoos on same spot at different people and with one it was just awesome and hot, the others were .. ok and one .. really.. meh.
More about concept, artistry and placement on balance for me. Super visible lets you get a sense of someone, but one you discover in an intimate moment can be super hot
lowkey something about collarbone tattoos just hits different. also forearm ones, especially when it’s like a clean script or minimal design. they just feel effortlessly cool without doing too much.

Forearm! A nice tattoo on the inner forearm is such a good look.
All of the placements! But neck, chest, and arms probably stick out the most to me.
groin/hip

Forearm, hips and buttcheeks
Hands 🤤
I love a man’s hands bare too, but when they’re all tatted up. Ooo wee!
