I try to stay away from like 97% of new. So on a bright news note the bison of yellowstone are on the true path to recovery having been recorded making a super herd.
The aliens I speak to via electromagnetic wave signal broadcasted over our electrical grid system tell me to avoid all the falsities and lies of TV, movies, and theater. They proved their existence to me and anyone can confirm it – place an aluminum can on the trackpad of your laptop computer and if the cursor on the screen moves on its own then you are being contacted.
People who can never admit they’re wrong even with facts to back it up. It drives me crazy. Or people who ignore serious political discussion because “I’m not into politics” like yeah but you can atleast admit there’s something wrong…
Multiplayer/online/competitive games (Valorant, Overwatch, League of Legends, CS:GO, Apex Legends, PUBG, Warzone) are filled with the most egotistical and toxic people and make it not fun. I have been switching to single-player games like RDR2, and I enjoy them so much
Having to watch our ‘ally’, Israel, bucher the holy moly out of aid workers, and tens of thousands of children and other non-combatants in the name of their villainous ideology.
Negative people, and over social media activities can have a negative impact on your mental health. What worked to heal my mental health was when I came across and read this book called “ The Power Within: Unlock Your Potential For Lasting Change “ by Philemon Toh.
I recommend it if you need some sort of healing in your mental health or if you are going through any hardship or depression in life.
Following celebrities/influencers on Instagram. Their highlight reel of constant vacations and buying whatever their heart desires is not good for my mental health. I deleted everyone who I didn’t know personally on instagram during 2020 and it really improved my mental health
Caustic people and poor friends. Took me way too long in life to figure that out. Work on the friendships with your real friends (may only need a few) limit the rest
Misery porn. I don’t care how well written and acted the Handmaids Tale, and the Last of Us are. I cannot handle repeated doses of that kind of tragedy and injustice.
Being in a relationship.
Being single is the best decision I made ever.
Having a boyfriend turned into a huge stress, doom, and a constant state of fear.
I’m happy and thriving now.
