I am on the edge of just flat out hating myself. I love grip training but have small hands, so I have to work harder. I don’t have an IQ of 200 or more, so I can’t be an Edward Witten or Richard Feynman in the physics realm. I’m not gifted like Kirill Sarychev and Levan Saginashvili, so I’m never going to be a world #1 armwrestler or best raw bench presser in the world.
What am I saying? Nothing I love to do seems to come easy. It’s as if I have no talent whatsoever whereas everyone else has “something”. I fucking hate it.
How do handle this?

Most people aren’t exceptionally good at anything. You sound like the average person.
Embrace the suck. Stop whining. Keep working because no one cares.
Become a vocalist in a hardcore/punk band.
Probably just go beyond, Plus Ultra
There are 8 billion people on earth and there are much less tournaments than 8 billion. Statistically speaking it is very unlikely that you become #1 in anything. Accepting that and just doing things because you enjoy them will be more logical
Grip training? come on man…
Everyone has talent. Literally everyone. But if you want to be #1 in the world in something like arm wrestling, you’re probably setting yourself up for disappointment.

Maybe you haven’t discovered your talent yet. And not everyone is born with the kind of talent that makes Olympian athletes or world champions.
You’re mediocre, like a lot of other people. You improve a skill you enjoy doing slowly over a long period of time.
Learn a talent, everyone is capable it’s just some things take longer for other to learn
