    Can you do anything to fix the issue that stresses you out? If yes, do it.

    If not and working out isn’t an option, I can meet up with friends, loved ones, spend time with my significant other, go to the beach

    Gardening, reading, walking, fresh air, going for a drive with your favourite music, going out for a coffee by myself, writing down my thoughts. These are some of the things I do and they help. Good luck !

    Isolation, and a quick trip to find somewhat close of being called solace.

    Flail around somewhere where nobody can see or hear you. Screeching is optional but highly recommended. Just let that Dementor flow outta ya like an exhalation.

    If I’m able, I just put on some story narrations / music and take a nap. Doesn’t always fix the problem but it never makes it worse 👍

    I clean… When I clean my living space everything is more relaxing to look at. And it helps me physically get the stress out when scrubbing a stain I never knew was there.

    Gym and cleaning are great because im less stressed and something productive happened

    I like to take the dogs and the mule out into the woods and vanish from stress for a few hours.
