So my dad recently lost his mother this past Tuesday morning and Father’s Day is coming up this Sunday. He’s going through it really bad .
I still think Shea butter and seamoss (the two gifts he always appreciates) definitely will not cut it.

I think what you want to get him is something to allow him to mourn his grandmother. He will want to feel your love for him.
If you have a favorite memory or story about her – especially one that involves your father and you as well, write that out and put it into his card.
Find every photo of your dad with his grandmother that you can. Particularly childhood photos.
Bind them all into an album of memories. Then package it with a note to remind him he is still well loved and not alone by his family.
