“Dirk Gently”. Of course, only two seasons, but solid throughout. I’m pretty impressed with “Silo” so far, but I’ve not finished season 2 yet. Also “The Peripheral” was surprisingly well done but just a single season series.
Severance has managed it so far but feels like it has the potential to lose it’s way at any point as things are always tricky for a show built on so much mystery and weirdness. Hopefully they stick the landing and don’t overstay their welcome.
Better Call Saul honestly stuck the landing harder than I expected. Slow burn all the way through but it never dropped the quality, it just kept getting better.
Edge of Darkness (the 1980s BBC serial, not the film remake). Perfect tv that met the mood of a nation to the extent that it was immediately repeated. Like the next week.
Frasier. Especially in light of the fact they had so many episodes and seasons. Has to be some kind of ratio – easier to do a mini series of several eps as opposed to 11 seasons over many years when quality improved or maintained at 10 if nothing else. Also if in doubt – three words…David Hyde Pierce. Iconic.
