I was doing so good the start of this year, I started working out more often after a breakup, but now that I have healed from it, it’s like I lost my groove and don’t find any motivation. I don’t know where I lost the motivation but I miss it, what are some tips to get back on the horse?

Muscle women my wife hangs out with.
I love pizza and cheeseburgers but I hate what pizza and cheeseburgers do to me if I don’t work out.

Getting active dogs. It definitely motivates me to go running a lot more often that I did before. Even if you don’t have one, most shelters look for volunteers to walk theirs.
I also keep at it because being slender is one of the only conventionally attractive things about me so I want to keep that.
