Overall I quit working with them it’s too much of a headache and vowed from then on that I will NEVER be alone with a woman unless it’s explicitly stated that she wants to be there alone with me. Dated a woman who had a child with some pretty serious medical needs. Eventually we agreed she would stay home full time to care for the kid and I work this went on for just shy of a year. Then one day I put up a ring camera that we had bought and apparently she forgot about cause I found out she was getting pumped by a couple dudes in the area. That day I went to my landlord explained everything, showed him the videos, and asked to be removed off the lease. He had been through a terrible divorce from infidelity and happily obliged. I then called the power & water company and removed my name from the accounts. Proceeded to drive to Verizon get a new number and showed up with the police to get my stuff the next day she screamed and tried to get my attention I ignored her got my things and left. Her mother showed up at my work calling me every name because “you damned my daughter and her child” like no ma’am your daughters open legs did.
Attacks every statement I say and pins it as a “misogynistic” statement. Then, it ends it with her saying I’m a “typical man.”
Like…how does this even work? We live in complete delusion.
My ex who later admitted to manipulating me into dating her by essentially faking her personality and telling me what I wanted to hear, decided to have a coke fueled orgy one night, lied to my face about when this event happened, and then throughout the relationship managed to shit talk me behind my back every chance she could, then played the victim once we broke up. She ended up dating the married guy she was friends with who would drunkenly send her dick pics and try to fuck her.
She is easily one of the worst human beings I’ve ever met.

Fast forward a week or two and she Ubers to my house after the bar, and I’m making her food and whatnot. We are cuddling on my couch and she is trying to show me photos of her and her ex. She also then got a text from an unsaved number and brought up that it was a cute guy from the bar who’s number she asked for. We hooked up maybe an hour later. I asked her to be my gf and she said no.
Tried to get with my little brother. He came straight to me after rejecting her.
Got broken up after my hospital visit after severe gallbladder issues caused me to have stroke.
Never contacted how I was during my hospital stay. I even offered to pay for parking and still didn’t respond.

I learned that her “break” was her trying to move in with a skeezy guy she knew back in high school. At the time, both of us still lived with our respective parents. I had declined to move in with her before this because it just wasn’t financially viable in our area with her working part time and me working full time. But, she wanted out from her mother’s house regardless, so she jumped at the deal he offered.
He said he’d let her move in with him and his buddies. Of course skeezeball’s apartment only had room for her if she slept in the same room as him. He also come up with the ultimatum:
“You have to break up with Baldo. You can’t mention him in the apartment, he’s not welcome as a guest, and you can’t visit him.”
She agreed to those terms, then hit me with the “on break” text. She figured she could keep me on the books while feeling out her “deal”. It fell through, and that’s when she reconnected with me. I only know as much as I do because she came clean about it roughly a month after reconnecting.
I ghosted her after that. Do I regret doing that? Kinda, I wish I had the maturity then to properly break up. At the time it felt necessary for my own sake to cut things off quickly. Would I go back to her? Hell no.
TL;DR: GF at the time puts us “on break” so she could move in with another guy and pretend I didn’t exist. I ghosted her once I learned the truth.

Due to a medical issue I have since birth it’s hard for me to work normal jobs at times. So one summer when I was in between work I decided to sign up for Lyft to make some money. I’m maybe about a month in and I was thinking to myself I should invest in a camera to record inside the vehicle.
I end up picking up this young lady for a 45 min ride. I’m not a big talker so after confirming her name I start the ride and put on the radio. All goes normal. I drop her off and go get lunch. After eating I started driving again and turned on the app only for it to say that my account has been disabled pending investigation.
I immediately call customer support, they proceed to tell me that my recent ride has reported me for sexual harassment and misconduct. I’m so confused and pissed off. I’m being told that until the issue is resolved I cannot use the app, I ask to appeal or anything to fight my case because that’s absolutely bullshit. She was refunded the ride also. Months of this go by, nobody is saying anything to me, I cannot appeal, I wasn’t even able to make a statement or say what happened during the ride (which was nothing!!).
I get fed up and call my lawyer, they tell Lyft that I want to sue for defamation and all the emotional trauma I’m now dealing with. That week I get a response from Lyft, my account was reinstated and they told me that this person has filed multiple reports like that over the years (yet she’s still allowed to use the app even after they find out she’s clearly lying?!? Confused!!!).
Overall I quit working with them it’s too much of a headache and vowed from then on that I will NEVER be alone with a woman unless it’s explicitly stated that she wants to be there alone with me. Fuck that. I know too many men whose lives were ruined due to shit like this and there is NEVER any repercussions when it’s found out that it was a lie. Even more irritating is the people that walk around spouting that bullshit “Oh yeah it happens but not as much as people make it seem! I was deployed in Iraq, and my then-wife and I would talk/email/something every day. One day, she stopped reaching out, and stopped answering.

Once I had…mentally recovered, I made a lot of ultimatums. She was going to dump and block that kid, we were going to go to counseling, she was going to move closer to me, she was going to get a job, etc, etc. It will not surprise you that literally none of this came to pass.
Instead, the kid dumped her, when a girl in his algebra class passed him a “do you like me, check yes/no” note, which seemed like cosmic justice. I was due to return home in a month.
Long story short, when I got home, I found out about two additional affairs that happened within that month, one of which was still ongoing. I began laying groundwork for a divorce. Two weeks after I returned, she discovered that she was about 4 weeks pregnant. I also found out that she had spent all of the money I had saved during deployment, as she had no intention of going to counseling, etc, and knew divorce was coming. She had spent most of this before I returned home on affair #2, which involved a trip to Disney World.
At 30 years old, I had to borrow money from my father, who I of course had to explain all of this to, in order to A: get an abortion for my pregnant wife, and B: pay for a divorce. Because a contested divorce would cost more than she had spent, I opted for an uncontested divorce, and forfeited my claim to the money she had burned up.
