What was the worst case of “woman doesn’t face consequences (for her actions)” you have ever seen?

In August 2015, Jasleen Kaur, a student and Aam Aadmi Party member, posted a photo of Sarvjeet Singh on Facebook, alleging he made obscene remarks at a Delhi traffic signal. Her post went viral, leading to Singh’s immediate arrest and a media frenzy that labeled him a “pervert” and “Delhi ka Darinda” (Delhi’s predator). Public figures, including Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, praised Kaur’s supposed bravery .
Singh maintained his innocence, asserting that Kaur initiated the confrontation and that he did not harass her. An eyewitness supported Singh’s account, stating that Kaur was the aggressor . Despite this, Singh lost his job and endured a four-year legal battle, attending every court hearing. In contrast, Kaur moved to Canada and missed 14 trial hearings, citing academic commitments .
In October 2019, the Delhi court acquitted Singh of all charges, noting that Kaur’s testimony was not trustworthy and cast serious doubt on the prosecution’s case. Singh sought legal action against Kaur for the false accusation, but the Delhi High Court dismissed his plea, stating that mere loss of reputation is insufficient to initiate criminal proceedings.
The man lost his life, while the girl is enjoying in Trudeu’s Canada.
Me and my friend were at a nightclub for Halloween, my costume had some fake sunglasses and this girl came up and stole them off my face, quite violently leaving a scratch near my eye. I go and politely ask for them back and she runs away with them. I decide it’s not worth the trouble and go, my friend goes to ask her again. She full on punches him in the face, then again then again, the fourth punch he blocks by putting his arm up. She then taps a guy on the shoulder and goes “he hit me!” Now I know this is at danger level so I grab him and pull him away. The bouncer saw everything and laughed then said “don’t worry I saw everything but we don’t kick women out”. We left because she’d ruined the night tbh.
Pretty much every SA women commit over men.
There is a never-ending list of double standards for women. I personally have been sexually assaulted by a woman in high-school, the comments you get are either “good job” or “why are you complaining, are you gay?”
For some reason, we love to act like women can’t be rapist.
Why is this being downvoted?
If we’re talking one-offs then tbf I’ve seen plenty of men not face consequences for their actions as well.
In general terms women often seem to get a pass on sexual harassment/sexual assault (hell, assault in general) that if a man did we’d all be calling him a predator and a danger to society. They can grope and harass and people just laugh it off a lot of the time. Not saying men don’t get away with sexual assault, but if people see it happen everyone gets rightfully pissed at the guy. If people see a woman doing it it doesn’t even register as the same thing.
I freelance as a bouncer. I work in clubs and parties. The things that drunk ladies, even the married ones, try to do to me are way too many. I’ve had women try to kiss me, try to put their hands into my pants, lick my neck etc. I don’t like any of those. There have been days when I’ve had to rush back home after a shift and take a long shower to “wash it off”. And when I share this with people, they just dismiss it because I’m a man. Even my best fried, a girl, who is the best person I’ve met in my life, was no different. I shared this with her and she said “Oh now I know why you enjoy working as a bouncer”. In most places I work at, I’m not allowed to even shove them away. I can gently push them but they keep coming back. No amount of pushing or complaining will ever make sure these women face any kind of consequences. Worst part, I’ve had women do this to me and then walk right out and kiss their man waiting outside and go home holding hands. I do often wonder how it would be if the roles were reversed. But the reality is I can’t do anything. So I just suck it up and keep working shifts because I need the money.
Back in college (small school, 2k students, in TN), a friend of mine had a kinda on/off relationship switch a girl, Kim, that lasted about 3 years. We’ll call my friend “Tom”, fake name to protect the innocent.
Kim was a psychology major who was OBSESSED with rape. Freshman year, she was telling all her friends to read this “great book” she found about a psychologist who got raped and then psycho-analyized how everyone reacted to the rape.
Senior year, she someone ends up as the “guest speaker” at the weekly (mandatory) Thursday assembly to tell her story about how she was date-raped. She didn’t mention Tom by name, but said enough to make it clear to our circle of friends that she was talking about Tom. The date she was supposedly raped was when Tom and I (plus three other guys) stayed up all night playing D&D followed by WoW, so no way what she said happened. Most of us stopped talking to her after that.
The school had a psych professor talk to her. Professor concluded she was lying, but no consequences.
Fast forward, we graduated and all went back home to different states. Kim goes to the state Police with her BS rape claim.
Tom goes back to TN for a friend’s wedding. Cops show up and arrest Tom at the wedding.
Eventually Tom is found not guilty and one cop (Kim’s cousin) gets fired for manufacturing a fake Twitter confession in Tom’s name. News media covers the trial, and all the news coverage on Google keeps Tom from getting a job for three years. Key piece of evidence at trial were a bunch of voicemails Kim left on Tom’s phone (that Tom kept) professing her love and wanting to get back together after her BS rape claim.
No consequences for Kim. She got an interview on CNN, and used it to kick off her “sex education” YouTube channel and write a few “nonfiction” books about her made-up experience.
20 years later and I’m still pissed about what she did to my friend.
men getting sexually harassed by woman is seen as things in their advantage. No, I’m not this desperate for pussy like you bro to fuck anyone.
A friend and his Girlfriend had a baby. He was so excited and spent thousands setting up a home with washing machines, beds, couches etc. She was one of those ‘I need a child to complete me’ types. Baby arrives, mate has a bundled up cuddle with the baby then gets asked to go home and get something for the girlfriend. He gets home and is met by her brothers, father and cousins- thinks it’s for a few drinks but they’ve packed his bags and kicking him out of the house. Hospital refuses to let him back in. Basically railroaded out of town and saw his daughter maybe 45 minutes. Poor guy near suicidal and messed him up ever since. Daughter would be 17 this year and no government department wanted anything to do with it.
Unsolicited physical contact.
I work with about 80% women and I get touched by some of the older women daily.
I’m constantly having to deny them hugs.
If I behaved that way around younger women I’d have been locked up.
