What would a 16th century European glass-paneled lantern have looked like?

r/

From the Wikipedia page on the topic, it seems like lanterns with glass panels rather than horn or pricked tin, started to come into regular use in the 16th century. (Which makes sense given the rise of Italian glasswork around that time.)

But I can’t seem to find many images. What would they have looked like? What would the glass have been like? And do we have any extant examples or paintings of these lanterns?

Thanks so much everyone!
