Well, generally speaking I think it’s a safe bet to say that every dude is born. There’s evidence to suggest every dude is going to die, but we can’t be 100% certain yet. Other than that, eh.
There are very few things, which realy every man experiences, which is also exclusive to men.
Things pretty common for most men are among others:
-having no one to emotionally open up to outside of romantic relationships (often times leading to being out of touch with one’s emotions)
-getting rejected multiple times/feeling and being completely unseen
-having no idea how to navigate between the feedback, that women do not want to be approached, and the societal norm, that the man has to do the approaching
-having no idea how to display and work towards a healthy picture of manliness
Waking up to a stiffy for the first time. Seeing a girl (or guy) smile or laugh and getting that butterfly feeling. Getting facial hair for the first time and not wanting to shave off that little bit for fear that it will never grow back. Being rejected after shooting his shot with a love interest. Bonus points if love interest laughs in his face. Attending the funeral of his father and battling internally with how much emotion he’s allowed to show in this gut-wrenching moment.
