Well; the genetic diversity of the offspring would make it comparatively healthier than either of its parents. While both groups have a small gene pool; they have a very different gene pool; so it would improve the offspring to have increased diversity in its genetic code, rather than harm it because it’s the product of two small populations.
That’s not to say it would be inherently healthy; it could be, but it could also inherent genetic problems from either group, but it would stand a better chance than a child born to two people solely within one group or the other (though, I’m not aware of any particular genetic maladies within the Sentinelese; mostly they’re just at high risk of contagion from diseases they have no immunity to).
So, basically, should such a thing happen…it would be relatively fine.
