I’m a primary school teacher and I have my first parents evening next week. I’m honestly nervous about it. What would you want to know about your child at your parent’s evening?

I would want to hear both the good and the bad. What is my child doing well and what does he need to work on?
For the things he needs to work on, what can you recommend we do at home to support him?
I want to hear how he is doing academically of course, but also how is he socially. Is he being kind? Making friends?
